With this information, the therapist will be able to define the appropriate treatment according to your needs.
The Shiatsu session is performed in a room equipped with a stretcher and while receiving therapy, general rest is encouraged.
At the end of the first session, the therapist gives you her evaluation and informs you of the appropriate treatment to follow, including exercises or routines that can promote recovery.

How many Shiatsu sessions are recommended?
Normally, it is necessary to observe, during the following days, how the body and the mind react to the first session in order to evaluate the subsequent needs, since each person and each organism reacts according to their personal state. But, in general, the recommendations would be the following:
* Intensive period: 1 visit a week for 4-5 weeks.
* Stabilization period: 1 visit every two weeks for 2-3 months.
* Maintenance period: Once an optimal recovery has been achieved, one visit per month, or every month and a half, is recommended as a way of maintaining health and quality of life.
